New app: SolitaireCG

Please accept my apologies for multiple submissions of this Solitaire Card Games application (SolitaireCG).

Due to a suspension of my original package on Google Play(TM), I had to make several changes to ensure policy and license compliance. One of these changes involved creating a new package.

New package: net.sourceforge.solitaire_cg
Old package: net.sourceforge.solitairecg

The new package has been accepted and published on Google Play.

The new package name is the one I will use going forward. The old package metadata file can be deleted.

Again, please accept my apologies for all the extra work this has caused.
