New app: Misbothering SMS Receiver

Suggesting my own fork of ru.glesik.nostrangersms; went through the process described in CONTRIBUTING.md, from fdroid import to fdroid build, all went OK.

Do I need to open a thread in the submission queue as well? Or maybe I should discuss the possibility of using a different icon in the apps forum first?
