Introduce Antifeature Downloads3rdPartyCode
In order for the client to show a warning on apps that download and run arbitrary executables (as proposed in client bug #715), the server will need to be able to flag such apps.
Ideally the server would also allow an optional list of the third-party URLs to help users make an informed decision.
While it may be easiest to implement this as a new antifeature, that might not be the correct solution for two reasons. (1) Users will expect a prominent warning on any apps with this specific behavior, but marking it as an antifeature could make it less prominent as it may be jumbled in with less serious notices. (2) Although a warning to users is always warranted, it is not clear that this behavior is an "antifeature", per se. There are valid, free software promoting reasons to download binaries from a third party server outside of F-droid. (E.g., an encryption embargo).
Thank you.
