Support new features with offline signing
I just spent a chunk of time with an fdroidserver publishing setup that uses an offline signing machine. This is the work needed to get that whole workflow running smoothly. Additionally, there are some improvements to some other publishing features like syncing to AWS S3, uploading to VirusTotal, and pushing mirrors to github and gitlab.
