WIP: buildserver: update to maven-3.3.9 from backports
We hoped some older projects like barcode scanner would eventually move to gradle.. they still use maven two years later and require 3.1.+ (see https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/issues/591 and https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/commit/4ae641496302f86fb379ea217acb415383ce7610). This should give us a chance to update them.
