consider ic_launcher.png as app icon (fallback)

username-removed-1409510 requested to merge IzzySoft/fdroidserver:apkicons into master

I've noticed several APKs still turn up without icons. Tracked it down to the combination of using XML icons, and as fallback only ic_launcher.png in all mipmap places. Adjusted icon extraction to consider this possibility.
