Don't schedule more than one recurring background task
When updating remote repositories once a day, the scheduling currently runs 10 tasks when the background tasks were not run for 10 days. This is an issue in single-user mode where background tasks might not be running all the time.
It would be better with only one single update task would be scheduled no matter how many days were missed since the last update.
