Run on OS X

While a package for OS X would be nice, as a first step, we should get repomaker run on OS X (with manual intervention).

This can already be tested by installing it as a Python package. The easiest way of doing this, is git cloning the repo and then run .pre-release.sh.

Prerequisites and install instructions can be taken from the .travis.yml file.
