Add the compatibility for JH QA

What does this MR do and why?

What:

  1. Add description for JH_ENV in docs
  2. Add compatibility of JH image
  3. Change registry to ENV variable for JH compatibility

Why:

  1. The JH image can't pass the regex in gitlab-qa on JH side.
  2. All images will pull from upstream by default
