Update run_qa_against_gdk.md

What does this MR do and why?

To avoid hitting

 Selenium::WebDriver::Error::UnknownError:
            unknown error: session deleted because of page crash
            from unknown error: cannot determine loading status
            from tab crashed
              (Session info: headless chrome=101.0.4951.64)

when running tests locally, a tip is being introduced to use the CHROME_DISABLE_DEV_SHM=true variable.
