Bumps sentry-sidekiq and sentry-rails. These dependencies needed to be updated together. Updates sentry-sidekiq from 5.10.0 to 5.11.0

  To continue an incoming trace starting with this version of the SDK, use Sentry.continue_trace as follows.

    Sentry.start_transaction(transaction: transaction)
  end
