List `GITLAB_QA_ACCESS_TOKEN` in supported vars

GITLAB_QA_ACCESS_TOKEN is already documented as a var used in the Test::Instance::Staging scenario, but with https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/24048 it will also be possible to use it for API access in all tests.
