Creating an Elasticsearch scenario

This is about following test that is still to be implemented: (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/12166)

Since Elasticsearch needs to be started and then the settings need to be changed inside the product, there is still some work to be done. I believe it would be more wise to do such things inside the framework. A bit of a pain point I think will be to have it work with the gitlab-qa docker version of Elasticsearch (with this implemented link) and the gdk version already available with the gdk installation.
