Update the Praefect scenario

George Koltsov requested to merge ml-update-praefect-scenario-to-use-a-multi-node-cluster into master

It now uses a multi-node Gitaly Cluster (plus another Gitaly-standalone storage).

Depends on https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/45100, which allows the repository move test to check Praefect logs in a separate container instead of the same container as the GitLab instance.
