Add tagging to object_storage and packages
After the deletion of Test::Integration::ObjectStorage / Test::Integration::Packages - instead of specifying the tags to run, these ee:packages, ee:object_storage jobs were untagged entirely making the job run ALL tests resulting in Timeouts, instead of narrowing down to :packages and :object_storage tagged tests.
