Replace xml with json in report results spec

Removes references to xml reports in report_results_spec and replaces them with json files. We used to use xml files for the report but now exclusively use json. This updates the spec to better reflect that. See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/team-tasks/-/issues/1216
