Bump VERSION to 2.0.0
Since we deprecated QA_SCREENSHOTS_DIR and QA_LOGS_DIR in favor of QA_ARTIFACTS_DIR in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-qa/merge_requests/151, I think it makes sense to bump to 2.0.0, in a SemVer spirit?
