Allow bin/qa to take an image full address

This implements https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-qa/issues/32#note_32753948 by allowing bin/qa to take a full image address as last argument (e.g. registry.gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/gitlab-ce:latest instead of CE).
