WIP: rebuild web nodes with proper hostname and mounts

This will rebuild the web servers with the proper hostnames and new mounts (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/infrastructure/issues/1915). This is an intermediate step so we can delete the current set once the new ones are built.
