Clean out "moved" projects

In the process of rearranging projects in #2862, it came to my attention that moved projects are not deleted from their source server. Thus, we will at minimum need to clean out nfs-file-01, but it is possible that we have moved projects that can be deleted from the source.

The projects are named in the format: <project name>+<project id>+moved+<unix timestamp>.git.

We're searching for all moved projects the lazy way -- find repositories/ -maxdepth 2 -type d -name '*+moved+15*' -- and we'll make sure that we have correct depth in order to find projects inside subgroups too.

We cleaned up nfs-file-01. The used space is back down to a normal amount, on par with file02-file08.

We did find some other "moved" project that were not included in the #2862 incident and thus were not deleted.

For the record, yesterday we had a brief moment in which the settings were lost and we were probably creating new repos in NFS-01 (default), could you please check in a separate issue what the impact was? if any.

Other than that, this issue is resolved.
