• https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/38726: investigate cause of missing/extra NOT NULL constraints
• https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/38725: investigate cause of missing/extra indexes

Other tasks:

• Prepare MR for new prometheus alert based on new postgres stats
  • Perhaps "new slowest query" or "new query consuming excessive i/o"
• Write up doc explaining proposed direction to make queries from ruby controllers scalable -- what kinds of application functionality may need to be compromised
• May need some followup for https://gitlab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/82768
