Propose a new flow for the daily Team Call
Over the past week I was able to talk to @zj and discover that we have a hard time connecting with other people through the team call. It has become lengthy and in a period of two weeks it is really difficult to keep track of everything we've done.
Proposal:
Separate the team into smaller groups that have a team call daily to talk about what they've been up to. Really connect with them (more interaction instead of just one person talking) and after two weeks/a month the group rotates and the people you have the team call with change.
This would make our team calls more meaningfull and more interactive helping people connect more in the long term.
This would also probably result in less lengthy calls.
