Sexual Harassment Training
I took a look at the content that is already in Grovo and it is not long enough to meet the California law requirements of 2 hours every two years. Additionally all new managers must receive training within the first 6 months. I think the Grovo courses can still be rolled out to everyone (globally) but we will need something more substantial.

Roll out the training
