Directory / folder in repository with spaces in the name results in a 404 from repository browser

When a repository contains directories / folders with spaces in the names the commit will be accepted into the repository. However when browsing the repo on GitLab.com these directories cannot be accessed, resulting a 404 error from the site.

Files with spaces in the name are accessible through the site and do not result in a 404.

This problem can be demonstrated at:

https://gitlab.com/chrisrgc/spaces-test/tree/master/folder%20with%20spaces

The expected behavior would be similar to a directory with no spaces: e.g. https://gitlab.com/chrisrgc/spaces-test/tree/master/folder

Accessing files with spaces, causes no problems: e.g. https://gitlab.com/chrisrgc/spaces-test/blob/master/folder/New%20Text%20Document.txt
