I would suggest our technical writers produce the content and then send to @amara for approval and she trains the sales team.

About 2), there is nothing that we do better than Bitbucket's integration. We are not even on par: we want to be able to support multiple transitions too, but there is a bug currently in their API that prevent us to do it. It's been opened for years and they don't fix it. Perhaps on purpose?

Videos are more consumable than walls of text that require prospects to do the heavy lifting. We will have to commit to timestamping videos and updating them at least twice a year. We can always update the description text to say what functionality has been added since the video was uploaded.

It's natural not to have as good of an integration as the company who built both tools. But the important thing here is that understanding the integration is critical to the sales process and we should not be asking prospects to dig up this information. We have the opportunity to be transparent about what they COULD lose in their integration with JIRA. Hopefully, we maintain the core functionality which means there is little disruption to a team's workflow.
