Move opening questions to the application form
This is a suggestion is to build all opening questions into the actual application document:
- To ensure we spent less time in workable reviewing applications and rather reviewing applications combined with questions;
- Less steps in the process, quicker turnaround to starting the screening process;
- It will safe the Global Recruiters a ton of time;
- More qualified and serious candidates will end up in the hiring pipeline, especially if we include the time-frame of how long these questions will take, on each position's hiring process.
