Feature highlight: User preferences

This post highlights the user 'behavior' preferences present in upcoming 8.1. This will be a great topic to have because some users felt very passionate about wanting to see activity on the dashboard instead of the projects list. Others had similar feelings about our fixed width layout. These are great additions that we should really highlight.

I need to do some documentation for this post, too.
