Rename GitLabAndroid to LabCoat on the about page.

Hey there fine GitLab folks. This merge request corresponds to a name change with the GitLab for Android app. There was a lot of confusion from users, thinking that it was an official app supported/developed by GitLab. I wanted to make the change name not only to prevent this confusion, but also since I do not want to step on toes. The app has been renamed on the Play Store as well, though the change may not be live yet. Thanks for all the hard work you guys do!
