Proposed list of Handbook tools
The purpose of this page is to draw tips of cool tools people use at GitLab, and how they use them.
This is an example concept of chunking them into various sections for browsing.

This is handy. Let's make sure we keep it DRY though by referring to tools from the main handbook, and moving specific tools that are listed on the main handbook page to the tools page. Will you do that @nearlythere ?
