Optimise team images

What does this MR do?

• Reduce team/pet images over 1000px to 500px
• Convert large PNG images to JPG with quality algorithm at 85%

This changes the following images

• source/images/team/emilykyle.jpg
• source/images/team/felipe.jpg
• source/images/team/heather.jpg
• source/images/team/kirsten.jpg
• source/images/team/michael.jpg | michael.png- removed
• source/images/team/paul.jpg
• source/images/team/pets/lincolnmona.jpg | lincolnmona.png - removed
• source/images/team/phil.jpg
• source/images/team/richard.jpg
• source/images/team/rspeicher.jpg
• source/images/team/sytse.jpg

All team/pet images should be optimised, I haven't done this (I've only optimised the largest ones) as input from the design team would be required to determine the optimal image size.

Why was this MR needed?

Improve load times for team/pets pages.
