Add review process to team member's posts

@AshleyS here goes a proposal for the review process for our team members (the last part of our current guidelines):

1. You'll get reviewed and feedback from our Marketing Team:

• Assign Marcia (@virtuacreative) for a general review
• When done, Marcia will reassign to Axil (if technical), or Amara (if non-technical)
• Amara gives the last check and approval to merge

1. Your post will be published
2. Marketing Team will post on social media (Twitter/Facebook)
