Added a section for 'from idea to production' and 'open-core'

Added two new sections that speak to GitLab's overall approach and how it differs from the leading products in the space. This is more an overview on the approach rather than a feature-to-feature comparison which I felt was missing from this comparison page and is essential in understanding GitLab's position.
