Fixing boat video on two pages

ISSUE: I wanted to center the staring cattle image, and the boat image on the culture page, but when placing between <center> tags, it displays the image call instead of the actual image. @virtuacreative is working on a fix. Marcia, please let me know when that is fixed, so that we can then remove the WIP label.
