Clarify that releases are not exhaustive

Looking for information on when 9.0 was planned for, I came across the /direction/ page. This currently lists:

  • 8.11
  • 8.12
  • 9.0

This could be interpreted as a statement that 9.0 was due for release on 22nd October; I clarified in the questions channel that this wasn't the case. @JobV suggested I create an MR. One for you, @iamphill ? Feel free to unassign if not!
