Make swag store URL in plain text in onboarding checklist

In my case, I received a welcome email with no link to the swag store, and it seems that we don't have a visible link to the store in about.gitlab.com either, which made me look around for a (little) while before I found the link in my onboarding issue :D . Dropping the formatting should help make it easier for the recipient of the message.
