No need to separate comp comments
In practice, we find it to be too much trouble to be worth separating out comments on compensation from other notes relating to a person's interviewing process. We are moving to a global compensation framework in any case, and currently compensation information is somewhat available to the people in the hiring team for a given role.
If merged, this edit proposes to not worry about making sure that only hiring managers can see notes on compensation.
