A better product handbook

Régis Freyd (GitLab) requested to merge product-handbook-improvement into master

We need a better product handbook. I've slightly

  • changed the structure of the Product page
  • added information what a product manager does and does not
  • added a section called How we work, which is basically a set of questions about how we do product at GitLab.
