Making a handbook for resellers and onboarding of resellers
This is based on the material in the wiki that @malessio already had in his personal group / project.
Also created gitlab.com/gitlab-com/resellers, which is a private project (i.e. all members of gitlab-com + specially invited guests... the resellers). The more sensitive information will reside in that project.
