Formatting fix for jobs/developer/index.html.md

This is extremely minor, I noticed a typo and formatting issue on the Backend Developer job listing, and figured I'd take a second to amend it.

Markdown doesn't support the a, b, c(...) list styling, so I swapped them to numerals so they lay out more legibly with proper indentation.
