A note to code reviewers:

I've already begun trying to share more code between this and the features page. They are virtually the same, except for their copy, icons and images. The reason more code wasn't shared initially is that the work for the respective pages was being done in parallel, unbeknownst to the devs doing the work. I thought it made more sense to get this page shipped now, and then in future iterations refactor them to use common styles and javascript.
