WIP: Adding to global diversity while staying frugal

@stanhu and @sytses please review. I used a placeholder here, while I dig for the actual data. In a more robust iteration of this, we can make it part of the Comp Calculator, that is only shown if a certain flag is up in the jobs.yml file.
