WIP: Update swag shop link

@EmilyKyle the MR is here but that swag is gone too 😂

Sure you wanna update this to get-free-swag link? It's prob gonna be a lot to ship :p

Anyway, I could point it to the handbook meanwhile, and add a note there saying that the swag shop is temporary offline bc we're making it more awesome than before. Then, when it's available again, we update the link everywhere (just keep track of where they are ;P)
