edge team ownership of other apps

No one really owns these apps right now. I propose that the edge team owns them.

Obviously, the edge team doesn't have the resources right now to make this fully owned by them, so we rely on maintainers and other engineers.

But this to prevent further confusion and to have a goal to strive towards.
