Change downloads page for RPI2. Raspbian distro with jessie only.

Since https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/issues/1303#note_25118808 is done.

This can be merged now without waiting for 9.0, the latest packages are synced to the correct repos.
