Update downloads page with more clear instructions

• Made giant tanuki smaller and moved subscription to the right so it's not the primary thing on the page
• Added more copy to the select operating system header to make instructions more clear
• Divided section about installing omnibus from the other download options
• Added header to the download options section so there is more distinction from the section above.
