Based on discussion from this issue: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/marketing/issues/878, the goal is to have the EE standalone page point represent EEP exclusively.

This is the first iteration of edits to the EE standalone page which call out premium support and update the pricing to EEP pricing.
