Screen call earlier for the Edge Developer position

Screening call is now performed before issue triage / MR coach assignments for the Edge Developer position.

We change that for two reasons:

  • Candidates can get a first call earlier in the process, leading to less potential frustration on their side if they're rejected after this first call.
  • Hiring manager can reject candidates earlier based on the screening call, leading to a lighther process for him/her.
