Styling update & fix links on /installation

@joshlambert I was just reviewing the updated https://about.gitlab.com/installation/ and the Community Edition and Manual Installation links aren't active. They currently redirect to about.gitlab.com.

Can you update those links or should we pull in @iamphill?

ah im sorry about that, thought I got them all! Where should they go to?

This can be closed correct? Do we still need the other change?

@joshlambert I think we can close this, looking at the current https://about.gitlab.com/installation/ everything seems to be linking correctly. Can you confirm?
