Add info how to change one's location in Sundial

Achilleas Pipinellis requested to merge sundial into master

@brittanyr I was looking for this information and found out Sundial is only mentioned once in the offboarding doc.

I guess it's ok to expose the google doc since it's read only by GitLab employees. On the other hand, I don't know why we keep the sundial group URL secret. Either way, you need to first log in to change stuff.
