Update /applications page intro text

@annabeldunstone could you give me a hand with this? I was able to move the text but the p tag styling is being overridden and I can't quite figure it out. See the issue linked above for details.
I'd like for it to look similar to the GitLab recommends having at least 2GB of swap on your server... text on https://about.gitlab.com/installation/
FYI - I would love a crash course to better understand our page structure and styling so that I can successfully make these edits on my own and simply ping you for review
